À TSF, o vice-presidente da Sociedade Portuguesa de Genética explicou a mecânica destes casos raros. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Ele, um alemão da localida de Potsdam (Berlim)&amp;nbsp;e ela, uma mulher originária de Gana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Para além da discrepância da cor de pele, um é negro e tem olhos escuros e o outro é branco e tem olhos azuis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Este caso é justificado pela seguinte razão: a mãe pode ter tido antepassados brancos, ou o pai antepassados negros. Mas há quem defenda que estes casos só são possíveis devido à combinação entre genes dos pais.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Ouvido pela TSF, o vice-presidente da Sociedade Portuguesa de Genética explicou que as cores «da pele, do cabelo e dos olhos são geneticamente determinadas, mas não de uma forma simples». Por esta razão é normal que, por exemplo, dois pais de olhos azuis tenham filhos com olhos claros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;
